BayWise includes an AI-powered equipment detection feature that analyses a photo of your workshop bay and automatically identifies the equipment present — lifts, alignment rigs, diagnostic benches, brake lathes, tyre changers, and more. Instead of manually cataloguing every piece of equipment in each bay, you photograph the bay and let the AI populate the equipment list as a starting point, which you then review and confirm.

This capability is particularly useful when setting up a new location with many bays, when onboarding after a workshop acquisition where documentation is incomplete, or any time you want a fast first pass at the equipment catalogue before refining it manually.

• Navigate to Settings → Bays, open the bay you want to catalogue, and click Detect Equipment with AI.
