Complete the details

Everything the new plan includes becomes available on your account — you do not need to re-enter anything you already have.

What to do first after upgrading

Upgrading raises a ceiling; it does not improve your plan on its own. Four things are worth doing in the first week:

Finish describing the shop. If you had been squeezing into three bays, add the rest, and give each one a role, capabilities and a description.

Add and manage bays · Write a bay description

Add the technicians you left out. And record skills on everybody who holds them, not just the strongest person.

Assign skills

Expand the catalogue. Services you had merged to stay inside the limit can now be separate, with their own realistic durations.

Build your service catalogue

Look at the analytics you could not see before. Bay utilisation and per-service estimation accuracy are the two that usually change how a shop operates.

Understand analytics

The single highest-return hour after upgrading is spent on bay descriptions and technician skills, not on exploring the new screens. Everything else in BayWise is downstream of those two.
