Use this page to understand which capabilities are available at each plan tier. The matrix covers all major feature areas in BayWise Scheduler.

Notes on Specific Features
Free Plan
The Free plan is designed for small workshops getting started with BayWise. It includes full core scheduling, technician management, and the service catalog within the resource limits shown above. AI features, advanced analytics, incentive schemes, and multi-location capabilities are not available on the Free plan.
Pro Plan
The Pro plan removes numeric limits on bays, technicians, team members, services, and repair presets. It unlocks AI features (scheduling suggestions, equipment detection, duration estimation, repair analysis, and incentive formula generation), advanced analytics, and incentive scheme management. Up to three locations are supported with independent management per location. API access is available for integrations.
Enterprise Plan
The Enterprise plan includes everything in Pro with unlimited locations, cross-location reporting, MSO template controls for centrally administered configuration, SSO for enterprise identity management, and dedicated support. Template Controls allow an organisation administrator to configure settings once at headquarters and publish them to all locations. See Publish Templates to Locations and Use Template Controls.
AI Features
All AI features require a configured AI provider and a valid API key in Settings, then AI. The AI features listed in the matrix are available at the plan level shown, but will not function until a provider is configured. See Configure AI Providers.
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade, go to Settings, then Billing and Plans and follow the upgrade flow. Upgrades take effect immediately. Your existing data — bays, technicians, jobs, catalog entries, and settings — is preserved. You are not required to reconfigure anything after upgrading.
If you exceed a limit on your current plan (for example, you attempt to add a fourth bay on the Free plan), BayWise will show a plan gate prompt with a direct upgrade path. You will not lose any data that was already saved before the limit was reached.
