BayWise Scheduler
BayWise Scheduler is the first autonomous scheduling engine built for automotive service workshops. You describe your floor once — what each bay can do, what each technician is qualified for, when the shop is open — and BayWise plans the day and keeps re-planning it as the day changes.
Nobody builds the schedule. Your controller works the exceptions instead.

- Check a vehicle in and have it placed on the floor without assigning anything by hand
- Watch the whole shop live on the board — every bay, every zone, every countdown, in one screen
- Work by exception through the action centre, which ranks what needs a human right now
- Keep promises with continuous tracking of every vehicle against the time it was promised for
- Catch slow jobs early — the board asks the floor for an update when a job runs past its estimate
- Absorb the bad morning — an absence, an overrun, a parts hold, and the rest of the day re-plans around it
- Close the day with a record of what carried over, what finished, and what never started

Why BayWise Scheduler?
